Dudipatsar Lake is located at an altitude of 4,175 meters in the extreme north of the Kaghan Valley. It can be reached after a four-hour journey from the Jalkhad area of Naran. In the local language, the name “Dudipatsar” means a lake with milk-like white water. However, the lake is not actually white but blue. In fact, the reflection of the snow-covered mountains surrounding it gives the water a distant appearance of a milky stream, which is likely why it was named so.
